Representative Cases

The vast majority of civil disputes are finally resolved either by settlement, private arbitration or in the trial courts by trial or by motion. However, parties who are dissatisfied with the results in the trial court have a right of appeal, in most cases, to the state or federal appellate courts. Mr. Pye has extensive experience in the appellate courts, having represented clients in over 50 cases in these courts.
