Learn About The Cases We Represent

The vast majority of civil disputes are finally resolved either by settlement, private arbitration or in the trial courts by trial or by motion. However, parties who are dissatisfied with the results in the trial court have a right of appeal, in most cases, to the state or federal appellate courts. Tom Pye has extensive experience in the appellate courts, having represented clients in over 50 cases in these courts. The following is a representative sample of Mr. Pye’s cases in the appellate courts with the citation to the officially reported opinion of the court.
